Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support for the office of the Chairperson.
- Handling and organizing meetings, workshops, events and conferences whether inside or outside the organization.
- Responsible for taking Minutes Of Meetings, comments, details and to provide general assistance during meetings.
- Send the Minutes Of Meetings for involved stakeholders.
- Dealing with Chairperson’s incoming emails and replies whenever necessary.
- Keep track of all Important and urgent mails and help organize the workflow.
- Screening phone calls, inquirers and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Handling any needed signature from the Chairperson to be signed in a timely manner.
- Translate from Arabic to English and vice versa.
- Responsible for any internal communication with managers and employees.
- Keep a coherent and updated client database.
- Document and help organize a filing system, hard and soft copies.
- Following up pending subjects & report the feedback independently.
- Manage the organization’s inventory.
- Arranging travel, documents, flights and accommodation for Chairperson and traveling employees.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Dynamic multi-task character that is able to handle work under pressure.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar job.
- Excellent Command of Engish.
- Pleasant personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent planning capabilities.
- Residents of Maadi, Helwan or surroundings are preferred.
