Blooms is seeking a Social Media Specialist with the below duties:

Create, manage and execute marketing activities on various social media channels such as Pinterest, Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, etc. that generate conversations and drive results for our websites.
Work closely with the content manager to produce a variety of graphic stories that appeal to fans.

The candidate will be managing the delivery and analysis of social media activities.
S/he should engage with fans and reply to their posts.
S/he should track and report posts, campaigns and channel performance.
S/he should look for new contacts to be added to marketing database using social listening tools, look
for new trends, topics and areas of interest to be included in marketing content.
S/he should monitor and analyze competitors' performance to establish an industry Social Media
benchmark.
S/he should report the strongest "engaging" posts.
S/he should delete the old links, fill the data entry "sheet" of Fan Page Karma Analysis.
S/he should search for new networks, schedule posts and respond to fans comments and messages.
S/he should embed the ideas of how to in generating content.
S/he must analyze competitors, make a strategy to keep our identity.
