Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls professionally & respond to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Process orders, forms and applications.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication & problem solving Skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practice.
  • English is a plus.
  • Graduates Only.
  • Flexible with shift basis (9 hours rotational shifts 5 days a week).
