Job Description
- Coordinate the budget inputs and consolidate the information by providing effective performance management system analysis to Mobiserve leadership team through consistent quality analysis that provides quick, insightful access to current key metrics status, and trends highlighting key risks and opportunities ahead.
- Support the long-term planning process by defining required inputs through effective coordination with all departments.
- Provide insightful analysis for output metrics to support management in having a better understanding for financial outlook and direct their focus towards areas of possible improvement.
- Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management.
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
- Provide effective economic analysis for decision making purposes in support of operations investments.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in various financial roles, preferably in budgeting and financial analysis.
- Strong background in financial analysis, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Knowledge of principles and processes related to business planning, analysis, and budgeting.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields is required.
- Very Good English communication skills – written and verbal.
- Very Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills and very good knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.
