Job Description

  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
  • Write correspondence (letters/emails), forms, MOM, transmittal letters ... etc.
  • Write meeting’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences ... etc.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Prepare technical and financial offers.
  • Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any related field. (Business administration / commerce backgrounds are preferred).
  •  3 to 5 years of experience (Engineering Consultant Experience).
  • Excellent Command of English (written & verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office is a MUST.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role.
