Job Description
A fast growing regional energy company is in search for a CFO with strong fundraising experience within the capital markets for both debt and equity. The CFO will also be responsible for organizing the cash management activities of the company to make sure the treasury is managed in an optimum manner to avoid cash crunches, this would involve as well identifying the best methods for investment of excess cash. In addition, the CFO will work on restructuring the finance department to make sure it is capable of growing to the next level.
Job Requirements
- Successful fundraising experience at large scale.
- Preferred to have previous experience in CFO or related role.
- Ideal candidates would have 8+ years of experience.
- MBA grad from a top global business school is a plus.
