Job Description
- Follow up the flight schedules.
- Follow up the operation of the catering equipment such as water heater and ice maker.
- Deliver the catering materials required for each flight according to its schedule and its final destination.
- Count the catering items in the warehouse and record the missing items.
- Receive the meals required for the staff in Cairo Airport (Cabin Crew, Operations staff, Commercial staff……) and for other sites in case of VIP flights after revising the daily flight schedule.
- Receive and distribute the daily newspapers on the aircraft.
- Receive the excess catering materials (sugar, creamer, spoons…..) after the end of the flight and return it back to the warehouse after its repackaging.
- Provide the external stations (Sharm El Sheikh- Luxor - Hurghada) with the necessary catering materials according to their requirements.
- Prepare first aid kits required for the aircraft and replace the missing items.
- Receive the catering items from Egypt Air in case of ordering special meals.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and the equipment by the end of the working day.
- Record the data related to the catering items (items received and released from the warehouse).
- Prepare monthly reports for the status of the warehouse.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (preferable in Hotel & Tourism)
- Experience Years from 3-7 in similar post.
- Good English
- Good Computer
- Follow Up Skills
- Ability to work in shifts
