Job Description

  • Z2Data would like to announce a new vacant position in the capacity of Junior agent in the Customer Support department.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate directly with customers and understand their requirements
  • Monitor Z2D Live System
  • Initiate customers’ projects/tasks with different parties
  • Monitor task progress, solve relevant problems and maintain the process flow internally& externally
  • Deliver data to customers as appropriate
  • Review customer complaints and track customer complaint resolution
  • Prepare project status/reports upon request

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English is a MUST (speaking, reading and writing)
  • The candidate should have bachelor's degree (Engineerg - Electronics, Commerce - English depart. or Alsun can be also accepted).
  • The candidate must have the military service status as exempted or passed.
  • Banha residents or around is a must
  • Excellent knowledge of social media and news websites
  • Fast learner
  • Proficiency in MS Office apps. (Excel & Outlook is a must)
  • Good knowledge about electronic components
