Job Description
- Z2Data would like to announce a new vacant position in the capacity of Junior agent in the Customer Support department.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with customers and understand their requirements
- Monitor Z2D Live System
- Initiate customers’ projects/tasks with different parties
- Monitor task progress, solve relevant problems and maintain the process flow internally& externally
- Deliver data to customers as appropriate
- Review customer complaints and track customer complaint resolution
- Prepare project status/reports upon request
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English is a MUST (speaking, reading and writing)
- The candidate should have bachelor's degree (Engineerg - Electronics, Commerce - English depart. or Alsun can be also accepted).
- The candidate must have the military service status as exempted or passed.
- Banha residents or around is a must
- Excellent knowledge of social media and news websites
- Fast learner
- Proficiency in MS Office apps. (Excel & Outlook is a must)
- Good knowledge about electronic components
