Job Description
- Prepare the required promotion for the year (promotion calendar) in collaboration with marketing team.
- Set the required SKU’s for the promotions for the sales manager approval upon the price list.
- Set the sales plan for the whole year (per Month) .
- Cascade the sales target to team in terms of values and volumes.
- Review and validate the monthly sales plan as set by team.
- Review the monthly sales achievements against the approved Sales plan.
- Follow up product delivery to the customer.
- Ensure the smooth sales operations via regular coverage visits to all customers.
- Identify new customers to achieve sales target.
- Ensure the completion of the official legal documents for the new customers.
- Resolve all internal or external issues for sales team.
- Prepare monthly sales Forecast to be communicated with the planning Team.
- Communicate the supply chain department with the required specs to ensure the availability of the product
- Support the sales team in the sales operation.
- Monitor the credit limit in terms of the aging report.
- Monitor the collection achievements vs. the set plan along the year.
- Handle the incentives operation with the finance Dep.
- Prepare the appraisal system for team.
- Advise the training requirements for staff to enhance their efficiency.
- Participate in the interviewing and selection process.
- Prepare reports regarding:
- Sales Report
- Promotion Report
- Forecast Report
