Job Description
- Ensure that all orders are performed in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with standard operating procedures and quality requirements
- Improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and ensure warehouse efficiency
- Ensure all routine maintenance and repairs are carried out in a timely manner
- Ensure the facility is in top shape
- Ensure all security and safety systems are operational
- Supervise and monitor the performance of warehouse staff
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as warehouse supervisor
- Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Committed to safety and quality standards
- Great attention to details
- Basic IT skills (databases, MS Office etc)
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Leadership and organizational skills
- University degree
