Job Description

  • Plan marketing and branding objectives.
  • Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Prepare and adhere to budgets.
  • Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
  • Design print ads and publications.
  • Editing the final results for presentation to the client.
  • Oversees art projects that appear in books, cartoons, classifieds, banners, brochures, books advertisements the design development that usually appear in motion pictures, magazines or newspapers, websites and professional journals, among others.
  • Analyzes target markets and considers the artistic requirements of clients.
  • Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
  • Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
  • Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities.

Job Requirements

  • 7-9 years in Marketing.
  • 3- 5 years' experience in management.
  • Bachelor degree in a marketing of management field.
  • Management skill.
  • Team building and working skills.
  • Knowledge in Graphic Design development.
  • Good English speaking.
  • Management skills to manage a team full of 7 and more people.
  • Worked in all digital fields, including: social media, GDN, YouTube, etc…
  • Worked in all printing materials (fliers, magazines, catalog, brochures, etc…) in terms of material and pricing.
  • Experience of printing vinyl and banners in terms of material and pricing.
  • Experience in events and mall planning.
  • Worked in booth production in terms of material and pricing.
  • Experience in media plans for Radio and television.
  • Co-worked on developing designs for offline channels.
  • Co-worked on finalizing graphic designs for offline channels.
  • Experience of outdoor campaigns in terms of pricing.
  • Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication skills with agencies and team.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Professional judgment and analytical experience in the marketing field.
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
