Job Description
- Review all the processes, procedures and work instructions in the manual in all the warehouses and send reports with discrepancies to the responsible manager.
- Create Location data codes based Location System Structure and printing them with barcode to all warehouses.
- Give permission to deliver parts to the customer, based on his allowed credit limit.
- Prepare annual requests of printed forms that are used in warehouses documentation systems and distributing them to all warehouses depending on the consumption of the warehouses.
- Follow the consumed warranty items that are not received, check them and settle them in assigned warehouse.
- Follow up on solving oracle-pending issues in coordination with Oracle Team.
- Follow and make regular physical count on all warehouses.
- Follow the supplier claim and coordinate with the procurement and after sales business units to claim for damage and shortage.
- Review boxes of incoming shipments based on shipping documents.
- Prepare different inventory reports and KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce or B.A. Degree.
- Maximum age 26 Years old.
- Excellent in using Access, Excel, Word and Power point.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Has knowledge of Visual Basic Net and knowledge of additional programming languages is preferable.
- Problem solving skills.
- Time management.
- Presentation skills.
