Job Description

Job Brief:

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

About the Job

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily- weekly content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within social platforms to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Develop and publish engaging content to support business objective on a daily basis.
  • Design and execute social media strategies for a wide range of promotional campaigns, contests, and product launches and marketing/sales initiatives.
  • Pro-actively monitor and respond to questions and comments from community members on social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, YouTube, etc.
  • Design graphics to support online posting and engaged audience.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experiences is a must.
  • Online sales and e-marketing familiarity.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any given time.
  • Details oriented.
  • Hard worker.
  • Excellent computer skills and online navigation tools.
  • Ability to learn.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
