Job Description
- Managing the drivers hiring process.
- Drivers trainings and assessment (defensing driving, loading, unloading, product safety and hazard identification).
- Managing and monitoring drivers working and reset times as per airliquide policy.
- Follow up the execution of daily product distribution plan.
- Trucks annual licensing plan follow up with administration sub function.
- Managing trucks maintenance annual plan and road breakdowns follow up.
- Follow the truck spare parts and tires stock control with maintenance tem.
- Managing the monthly safety meeting with drivers.
- Customer sites risk assessments.
- Road risk assessments.
- Safety toolbox talks with drivers.
- Managing the truck fuelling system.
- Managing and controlling the annual budget for maintenance.
- Managing and controlling the annual budget for operation expense.
- Enforcing the implementation of Airliquide system (IMS) requirements.
- Enhancing the overall fleet efficiency through close monitoring of fleet sub functions KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Faculty of commerce or any relevant field.
- Excellent computer and Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good English language skills.
- Very good communication skills.
- Able to work at teamwork.
- Preferred previous experience in same field.
- Live in Cairo.
