Job Description
New Business Development:
- Building, managing and leveraging a strong network and turn this into increased business.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with professionals, partners and other sources of deal flow.
Client Retention:
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Working closely with cross functional teams to build and execute on company strategies for partners
- Leading complex contract negotiations, working closely with other internal stakeholders to come to agreement.
Business Development Planning:
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new products, and distribution channels.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Analyzing options and making recommendations regarding partnership alternatives.
- Aligning corporate & business development priorities to company vision & strategy.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (Master’s degree or MBA preferred but not a must)
Expected Technical related Experience:
- (7-12) of sales or marketing experience.
- (+3) years of experience in a Business Development/Corporate Development Role
- Proven record of identifying, closing and launching business partnerships
