Job Description
- Responsible for the art and implementation of design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion.
- Design within creative brief and client brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to create collateral, logos, branding identities, corporate stationeries, printed promotional and advertising pieces.
- Support the Sales Team in creating necessary sales material.
- Designing social media profiles, tabs and posts starting from creating the ideas into visual implementation.
- Designing marketing campaigns visual elements starting from sketching or mockups to final designs.
- Asset and support the junior designers and insure they gain new design experience.
- Ensuring all projects adhere to visual brand guidelines.
- Participation in project planning to ensure work is completed on time.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years relevant design experience.
- Degree in graphic design is highly preferred.
- Design experience, specifically in digital and marketing agencies.
- Deep understanding in design concepts.
- Expert in designing branding designs, corporate stationaries and all types of advertising materials with solid understanding of printing guidelines.
- Expert in print design, especially in-house corporate collateral and advertising.
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
