Job Description
- Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
- Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate personnel
- Meet and greet office visitors and VIP clients.
- To cover the Reception area and manage the security entry system ensures that all visitors (internal and external) are logged into and out of the building.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preferably with a minimum 2 - 5 years experience.
