Job Description
- Sets annual plan, calendar and budget for the company's operations
- Collaborates with Marketing and sales team to provide best offerings for the segmented market according to company strategy
- Manages hotel contracting and maintains relations with them and follows up with hotel reservations .
- Responsible for delivery of on ground services (Transfers, excursions, activities) to FIT, series and groups.
- supervises ticketing activities and manages all relations with Amadeus and aviation companies
- Handles customer inquires and complains .
- Manages payments to vendors and collaborates with accounting department
- Reports operations' activities to direct manager periodically.
- Leads, develops and manage tourism operations team .
