Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Responsible for planning, development and implementation of the Organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities
  • Propose and develop new sales channels to achieve targeted corporate profitability, market penetration and sales growth, in addition to growing current channel's, namely; retail, projects, distributors
  • Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
  • Negotiate contracts with distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
  • Consult with technical management on product specifications
  • Build a full database for all competitors which include their prices, promotions, products and their market plans.
  • Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
  • Consult with import manager to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.
  • Plan marketing and branding objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Study strategies of competitors in terms of performance, products and prices, advertising and targeted market segments.
  • Maintaining good relationships with existing customers and measure the degree of satisfaction with the products and listen to their suggestions.
  • Identifying the target sales figures and monitoring to achieve both a monthly / quarterly / annual reports.
  • Managing sales distribution process with dealers and distributors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Must have experience in Marketing and Distribution not less than 10 years
  • Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies.
  • Technical marketing skills.
  • Proven experience in customer and market research.
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge.
