Create and follow up contacts with different Partners for Development.
Plan and execute development projects according to the company need to be funded by Partners for Development.
Create, follow up, and present projects development schedule progress status to CEO and Board of Director.
Select appropriate team members to participate in different projects.
Participate in the project execution plan.
Follow-up project progress and assist in facilitation if needed.
Participate in discussion for approval of different Operating Plans.
Guide and supervise the preparation of departmental and personal performance indicators for employees.
Supervise the monthly performance evaluation of all the employees in different Department.
Supervise collecting training needs from different company Departments .
Supervise the preparations of company annual training plan.

local market experience is a must
University graduate - Business College or related field.
Fluent in both written and verbal English and Arabic language.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Package.
Have creative communication skills, Leadership skills ,ability to work with and inspire a team, Result oriented, Problem solving and Time Management skills.
