Job Description

  • Responsible for accurately completing customer contact and commercial registration data as well as updating and completing existing customers’ business contact information.
  • Review daily sales and invoicing and insure accurate delivery of invoices to each customer on issuance day.
  • Review with accounting manager and sales people outstanding balances due from customers.
  • Follow up on collections daily with customers to collect invoice amounts on its due date for payment.
  • Prepares daily reports of collections received and reconcile with accounting department.
  • Process bank deposits of checks and/or cash collected and send scanned copies of bank deposit receipts to accounting personal via email same day of deposit.
  • Receive, process and file Sales Taxes and V.A. Tax receipts and email scan copies to accounting manager.
  • Collections will require travel to customers’ locations.
  • Substantiates and justify expenditures and expense reports.
  • Assists in special projects as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma degrees in commerce, accounting or managerial accounting.
  • Successful candidate must have minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in collection and/or as customer relations representative.
  • Honest, dedicated to his work and respectful of others, colleagues, customers and their employees.
  • Extroversion, pleasant personality and friendly.
  • Can connect with everyone easily.
  • High self-confidence and self-respect.
  • Can be firm in times when needed and effective to enforce company’s policies when it comes to collections, check or cash receipts, invoice receipts and tax receipts.
  • Driver license is a must; preferable if he can use his own car for the first 6 months.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Arabic Language. English language is a plus.
  • Problem-solving oriented and ability to learn and satisfy customer needs without compromising company’s safety, policies or customer relations.
  • Lot of travel will be required.
