Job Description
- Advising clients in making informed property purchase decisions by giving presentations, and sending promotional messages.
- Conducting in-depth research to identify profitable real estate properties and opportunities and analyze the latest property market trends.
- Presenting profitable property proposals to clients and brokers.
- Perform comparative market analysis for the other developers, and for new brokers, and clients.
- Follow up with brokers for new leads.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.).
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share, update Management on CRM with all details about the Customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant degree.
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson with min 5 years.
- Experience in New Capital and New Cairo property selling.
- Proven track of successful sales record and target driven.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, spreadsheet and database applications.
