Coordinate purchasing and Logistics for material and services in line with operational requirements and Company’s related policies and procedures.
Explore local market to identify and recommend vendors for required supplies.
Negotiate vendors and obtain quotations for required material and services.
Implements plans to assure orders meet specified quality and delivery times and to minimize the total cost of purchases.
Documents performance to action plans and timelines for assigned sourcing projects.
Establishes supplier base in conformance with guidance from direct Manager.
Participate in the cross-functional teams to understand current and future demand.
Issue and manage purchase orders.
Assisting in establishing the development of major suppliers /vendors.
Communicating preferred vendor lists with pricing and guidelines for use to Operation.
Provides an uninterrupted flow of materials, supplies, and services to meet customer demand.
Provides reports as requested.

Oil and Gas industry experience is preferred.
2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain field (Procurement & Logistics).
Strong verbal and written communications skills (English & Arabic).
Expertise in all MS Office products, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work simultaneously on various projects.
Strong attention to details.

This is a full-time position based in the Alexandria.
Due to the nature of business, this role requires the employee to be on site in the office Saturday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
