Job Description
- Supervising and Direct Production Functions & Staff.
- Oversee production processes & adjust the production schedule to prioritize back-orders.
- Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
- Ensure that all products are completed on time and of good quality.
- Delegate and make adjustments as necessary to complete all scheduled production.
- Monitor the quality of incoming raw material and finished product.
- Planning and executing pilot batches production in manufacturing site.
- Accurately evaluates achievement of production plan to objectives based on available resources.
- Assigns tasks to Technicians according to their skills.
- Transmits documents on time.
- Reviews and approves production records.
- Ensure that all health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Accurately assesses problems.
- Analyses and evaluates options.
Job Requirements
- Bsc of Mechanical Engineering
- A minimum 7 years of experience in a relevant field
- V.Good in English
