Job Description
- Managing contracts and developing new business.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in fleet related fields preferred or equivalent, preferably in a large organization.
- Candidates living in and around Monufia are preferred.
- In lieu of a degree, an equivalent of 5 – 10 years of relevant experience of related technical and managerial experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fleet management principles, techniques and laws involved in the operations and maintenance of a fleet portfolio.
- Prior experience managing people, preferably managing people who are remotely located.
- Organized self-starter who can understand and proactively support strategic corporate objectives, while translating and training at the tactical level as necessary for implementation.
- Good understanding of various corporate support functions (Legal, Risk Management/Environmental, etc), and how to effectively and efficiently utilize those resources for successful fleet management.
- Good understanding of the elements of risk related to fleet management in the mission critical environment, and how to effectively manage teams to avoid it.
- Ability to strategically align with cross-functional business unit leaders to accommodate major regional and national corporate programs and deployments from a fleet perspective.
- Strong oral and written communication, negotiation, and financial skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, self starter with results oriented attitude.
- Decision making and analytical skills, strong team player and role model.
- Ability to manage various vendors/contractors in delivering service components.
- Detail oriented with strong planning, monitoring and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of computers for use with databases, spreadsheets, word processing and other relevant software packages.
- Effective oral presentation and written communication skills.
