Job Description

  • Maintain, implement, and monitor all required personnel procedures relating to staff terms and conditions of employment to ensure that the company complies with legal requirements and best practice. 
  • Oversee and handling the personnel activities including contract renewals, probationary periods, terminations, etc. and their compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law. 
  • Prepare required data for the social insurance authority and taxes authority regarding employees. 
  • Handle Social Insurance and Labor Office inspector visits and provide them with the needed documents. 
  • Manage the medical insurance service, create new account for the new employee (individual or family) according to the job offer, receive the medical card, deliver it to the employee and give brief about the using of the service. 
  • Handling and manage monthly payroll issuance through validating the conformity of the executed payroll prior to transfers according to the payroll policies and procedures including allowances, overtime, etc.
  • Communicate with employees regarding the pay slip structure and details, taxes calculation, bank complaints to solve the bank complaints and increase employees’ satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor degree
  • Preferable Diploma in HR.
