Job Description

  • Responsible for booking trainers & classes for corporate classes locally & in the Gulf area ( phone calls & E-mails) .
  • Responsible for smooth operation with clients' needs and trainers.
  • Responsible for optimum trainers' utilization
  • Responsible for assurance of trainers cost efficiency
  • Responsible for assisting trainers in their orientation in terms of classes topics well as account managers responsibilities .

  • Excellent English, both written and spoken
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Very well organized
  • Adequate knowledge of Telephone Skills
