Manage brand content in all digital channels.
Protect the brand image and increase the brand loyalty with our customers.
Monitor discussions on All social accounts like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Monitor and measure the success of community engagement and provide reports for Marketing Director to keep a track of customer feedback
Participate in social media strategy creation process and engage in generating its creative ideas.
Understanding and promoting our brands to our customers ensuring our standards are consistently met, with a good understanding of our competitors

Must have excellent working knowledge on All Social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Being able to manage Arabic and English content
Excellent customer service skills and communication skills both verbally and written.
Being aware of the latest trends of Social Media.
Be aware of Facebook, Instagram and twitter Insights.
