Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Manage new leads from individual data base , personal contacts, referrals from family & friends according to the requested segment.
  • Handle & Prepare all related sales cycle from Project demo to sales documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, etc
  • Investigate clients' financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing prior to purchase.
  • Manage market survey and provide detailed results and market analysis to our competitors
  • Follow-up on pending procedures regarding closed deals.
  • Build fruitful Sales Funnel & Follow-up on prospect customers
  • Manage the forecast & expected sales.
  • Closing deals with high end clients & managing their cases to obtain their satisfaction
  • Achieve the Monthly, Quarter & Yearly set targets.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent leadership
  • Previous experience with real-estate / developers is required
  • Excellent English language
  • Ability to work in Cairo and Alex
