Job Description
Main Duties:
- Manage new leads from individual data base , personal contacts, referrals from family & friends according to the requested segment.
- Handle & Prepare all related sales cycle from Project demo to sales documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, etc
- Investigate clients' financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing prior to purchase.
- Manage market survey and provide detailed results and market analysis to our competitors
- Follow-up on pending procedures regarding closed deals.
- Build fruitful Sales Funnel & Follow-up on prospect customers
- Manage the forecast & expected sales.
- Closing deals with high end clients & managing their cases to obtain their satisfaction
- Achieve the Monthly, Quarter & Yearly set targets.
Job Requirements
- Excellent leadership
- Previous experience with real-estate / developers is required
- Excellent English language
- Ability to work in Cairo and Alex
