Job Description
We are a young, dynamic team with a startup spirit and part of an established consulting company in the center of Berlin.
In cooperation with our holding company, arinna Consulting GmbH, and other enterprises we are realizing various web based projects and business ideas. Due to rapid growth and the procurement of large scale projects, we are currently on the look out for an experienced web developer to join our team.
Your projects will be realized in teamwork following scrum together with a project manager, server administrators, (graphic-)designers, copywriters and seo experts – most of them localized in our Berlin office. The role is needed to meet our quality demands and improve the continuity of growth.
Job Requirements
- Excellent HTML, XML, CSS, SASS, Javascript and PHP knowledge
- Profound knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL and other database technologies
- Wordpress (templating & integration) and other open source plattforms (optional)
- Basic knowledge of SEO (you should know how to optimize your code for search engines)
- Ability to take .psd (and other) designs and turn them into lively websites
- Responsive frontend coding with CSS3 & experience with fronted frameworks (Bootstrap, Angular.js, Node.js et al.)
- Proactivity, self-discipline and -reliance
- Development of web applications, custom backend solutions and responsive websites (frontends)
- Design of databases, maintenance and optimization of operating websites and web apps
- Introduction and communication of own ideas, team collaboration and process enhancement
- Support in conceptual phases and specification; quality assurance, testing & deployment
- The successful candidate will work with a high degree of autonomy within an international team. The work will be hands-on, in a fast paced, customer service oriented environment.
- The job role is to work full time from our office in Cairo in a permanent position.
