WUZZUF is expanding and servicing our clients and jobseekers with quality is one of the pillars to achieve our goal , thereby We are looking for 2 Quality Specialists
The role will include but not limited the following tasks:
- Highlighting the major quality issues and recommends the workaround to maintain employer satisfaction.
- Monitoring and reporting non-adherence to quality process.
- Contribute in improving quality processes in all company department.
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
- Investigate customer complaints and determine the best course of actions needed
- Improve customer satisfaction and reduce customer churn.
- Introduce more and better KPIs and metrics to monitor quality.
- Coaching team members

Requirements
- Very good knowledge about Quality Standards.
- Recruitment background is preferred (Preferably used WUZZUF system as an employer)
- Customer service oriented.
- Good knowledge of Office
- Great attention to details.
- Perfect Communication Skills

- Ability to work under pressure
- Sense of judgment
