Job Description
- Developing organizing system for soft and hard copies of files received and sent from the office.
- Tracking all files flow , following up the status of each memo or request.
- Provide high communication channels between the office and all other departments.
- Replying calls and emails and support office in all requested tasks.
- Ability to represent the office in best possible shape.
- Understanding emergency and critical cases and ability to provide full support.
- Meeting deadline whenever requested.
- Following purchase orders and requests related to office.
- Other secretarial duties and also will follow the job description.
