Job Description

  • Developing organizing system for soft and hard copies of files received and sent from the office.
  • Tracking all files flow , following up the status of each memo or request.
  • Provide high communication channels between the office and all other departments.
  • Replying calls and emails and support office in all requested tasks.
  • Ability to represent the office in best possible shape.
  • Understanding emergency and critical cases and ability to provide full support.
  • Meeting deadline whenever requested.
  • Following purchase orders and requests related to office.
  • Other secretarial duties and also will follow the job description.
