Job Description
- Call and receive calls from the clients to coordinate with them for the delivery.
- Receive and dispatch orders for deliveries.
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
- Monitor the route and status of drivers to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
- Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements.
- Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.
- Coordinate with other shipping companies to send some shipments with them for far zones which need to be covered outsourced.
- Cooperate with other team member to increase the efficiency and productivity of the department.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position.
- Computer knowledge.
- Fast typing with experience in data entry
- Knowledge of procedures and guideline for shipping services.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Active listener with excellent communication skills.
- Sound judgment and critical thinking.
- Smart in dealing with customers.
