We're hiring a highly talented UX Designer to join the team developing WUZZUF and make it an even better and awesome platform to help even more people getting hired at top companies.

Design and user experience (UX) are at the forefront of everything we do. The job of a UX Designer is to envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined and even magical.

In a UX Designer role, you’ll take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs for millions of Egyptians—ranging from novice to sophisticated users.

Achieving this goal requires that you collaborate closely with teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers and Product Managers throughout the design process—from crafting user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes.

At each stage, you will anticipate what our users need, advocate for them and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them.

We're interested in our users and strive to learn everything we can about their behaviors, attitudes and emotions to help define the products and experiences we create. The UX team plays an integral part in gathering these insights and then using them to inspire and inform design.

We're looking for UX Designers:

• Who develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Gauge the usability of new and existing products and making constructive suggestions for change.
• Always chooses clear and concise over clever and wordy to get an idea across.
• Love both strategy and hands-on writing and editing.
• Participate in user-experience research and usability studies.
• Who believe design is meant to solve real problems people have every day, not just a fancy UI
• Assist front-end engineers with final development of our products
• Deliver innovative, engaging prototypes using the latest technologies.
• Admire great web/mobile platforms and sites that have great usability and sophisticated intelligence built in a very simple design. Sites like Amazon, Gmail, Netflix, Tripadvisor, Spotify, Quora. • Participate in regular design reviews and other team-wide design efforts; create and contribute to a great design team culture.
• Have awesome Writing skills: You need to be able to express yourself clearly as you will write design specs and User flow for Engineers
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
• Validates design decisions from insights about user behavior through analytics, user testing, screen recordings..etc
• Can concept on the fly and collaborate with anyone to get things done.
• Facilitate a consistent experience across channels and devices, and the most natural and intuitive transitions between the physical and digital worlds of each product
• Good judgment, logical thinker and detail oriented.
