Job Description
- Responsible for the coordination & management of all purchasing activities across the company to ensure effective purchasing & delivery of goods and services with the required specifications.
- Establishing relations with key suppliers, identifications of new opportunities, and seeking and applying ways to improve purchasing efficiency.
- Coordinating with the requester for ensuring that the purchased items & materials are in compliance with the requested specifications.
- Processing purchase requisitions and placing various purchase orders with suppliers as per the agreed terms.
- Maintaining close relationships with all departments at all times for the timely supply of needed materials.
- Keeping records of purchase orders in an organized manner and on a continuous basis.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Job Requirements
- BA in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good written, read and spoken Arabic & English.
- Good Communication & Interpersonal and Negotiation skills.
