Job Description
- Screen CV's for potential positions and conduct face to face interviews.
- Design job descriptions to available vacancies.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
- Handles employee relations counseling, counseling and exit interviewing when needed.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Job Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. of Foreign Trade, Business Administration or any related field.
- Language: Excellent Command of English is a must.
- Preferably lives in the following neighborhoods: Dokki, Agouza, Zamalek, Mohandessin or Garden City.
