Job Description
- Create content to be published over the blog to cover all products, and services.
- Support social channels to increase the engagement through content development.
- Insure communicating the issues received from all departments that received in a form of complaints from customers and work on writing the solution through the blog.
- Manage the blog and social media channels community by moderating and responding to comments.
- Analyze web analytics data to gauge content performance.
- Manage content performance tests.
- Coordinate pre-launching, soft launching and commercial launching campaigns as directed by direct supervisor.
- Search for and analyses the available channels that can be acquired to add value for our customers.
- Handle all types of content which required , and all in-house content like press release, news, How to, short story, product description.
- Proofreads and edits News for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and follow up all websites news in different fields (Politics - Sports - Media - Technology – Health).
- Translating, writing breaking news and research notes, from English to Arabic.
- Determined daily news focus, key headlines and stories within tight deadlines.
- Check the agreement of the total news article with editorial policy before publishing online.
- Selecting the appropriate keywords in order to relate the article to each other on a specific rule.
- Updating Sub-sections news with the most important news articles, and reports.
- Ensure that all the content within their respective content area is accurate and current.
- Updating social Pages on Facebook and twitter.
- Coordinate pre-launching, soft launching and commercial launching campaigns as directed by direct supervisor.
- Search for and analyses the available channels that can be acquired based on quality, viewership and category coverage.
- Contact and agree with providers on products details and seek direct supervisor whenever needed to ensure all details and considerations are being discussed as needed.
