About the Job

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate personnel
  • Design and maintain a filing system for the office.
  • Supervise the cleanliness of the office.
  • Design job descriptions for various positions in the company.
  • Hold preliminary interviews for candidates from all sectors in the company.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies.
  • Meet and greet office visitors and VIP clients.
  • Monitor time sheets.
  • Follow up of marketing materials (printing press, schedules and so on)
  • Setup and coordinate meeting for the management.
  • General clerical duties.
  • Prepare correspondence for the managers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Full time bilingual secretaries needed for full time positions,
  • 6 days a week,
  • Preferably with a minimum 2 - 3 years experience.
  • The ideal candidate would be have flexible timings,
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Fluent English is a MUST
  • Full working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and other functions of Microsoft
