Job Description
- Managing store sales operation to achieve store objectives aligning with company strategic objectives.
- Maintaining and Improving store sales operations to increase store revenue and sales volume.
- Supporting and Managing staff and sales direction to improve and increase Etisalat, Accessories, & Handsets sales.
- Determining sales staff individual target and objectives.
- Issuing new hires training and practical induction.
- Follow up daily sales achievement comparing with store monthly target.
- Sending require reports to department manager which clarify store sales situation and all store issues.
- Issuing store gap analysis and action plan to developing store operations.
- Managing staff admin affairs in coordination of HR department.
- Follow Up & Maintain store quality according to Etisalat quality standards.
- Follow up & Review sales operations contracts and documents in daily basis.
Job Requirements
- Very Good English.
- Sales Experience.
- High Communication Skills.
