Job Description
- Achieving the general objectives of the Procurement Department of reducing the purchase cost, raising the level of quality, and obtaining the best prices according to the quality specifications of the company, with the necessity of follow-up and periodic control over the extent of achieving those objectives.
- Making purchase plans throughout the year, showing how to cover each of the products throughout all seasons, provided that there is a diversity of purchasing sources and avoiding any time gaps that are not covered for any product.
- Efficient coordination with the Customer Service Department (sales) in order to provide them with the necessary information about the new items, their prices and the level of their quality, as well as giving early information about any crises or the expiration of any product.
- Pricing of vehicle valuations.
- See the auto parts numbers from the catalog.
- Request to provide spare parts.
Job Requirements
- Warehouse management experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Possessing organizational skills and arranging tasks.
- Proficiency in the use of Odoo
- Proficiency in dealing with the work team.
- Ability to prepare reports periodically
