Job Description
Collars is hiring "Customer Development Senior Process Associate" for one of the leading multinational digital transformation companies.
General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Researches more complex disputes and deductions for validity
- Raises credits for valid queries
- If deduction is invalid, provides proof to support collection efforts
- Reconciles complicated accounts
- Escalates problem accounts
- Identifies frequently occurring deductions and disputes and identifies the root cause of these issues
- Has good knowledge of the process, policies and desk top procedures within their engagement
- Follows control and compliance regulations
- Has knowledge of the client’s business area they support
- Ensures control and compliance regulations are followed
Job Requirements
Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):
- Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Finance background
- Fluent English
