Job Description

  • Create and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s profit and customer base for achieving a strong presence.
  • Set sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
  • Create the manpower plan and assist the recruitment in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new sales employees.
  • Perform research and identify new market opportunities and new potential clients.
  • Understand, support and evaluate clients' needs and offer solutions.
  • Negotiate/close deals with clients and handle complaints or objections.
  • Share opinions and visions in meetings according to the products, services or related.
  • Responsible for the training and performance of the sales team.
  • Manage and Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance.
  • Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.
  • Make Analysis and reports to the direct manager.

Job Requirements

  • BSC of Commerce& Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage field
  • Expert at Horeca and Modern Trade (FMCG) field.
  • Excellent Communication, Persuasion and Presentation Skills
  • Outstanding result oriented.
  • Good command in MS. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • V.Good English Skills.
