Job Description
- Create and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s profit and customer base for achieving a strong presence.
- Set sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
- Create the manpower plan and assist the recruitment in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new sales employees.
- Perform research and identify new market opportunities and new potential clients.
- Understand, support and evaluate clients' needs and offer solutions.
- Negotiate/close deals with clients and handle complaints or objections.
- Share opinions and visions in meetings according to the products, services or related.
- Responsible for the training and performance of the sales team.
- Manage and Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance.
- Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.
- Make Analysis and reports to the direct manager.
Job Requirements
- BSC of Commerce& Business Administration.
- 3-5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage field
- Expert at Horeca and Modern Trade (FMCG) field.
- Excellent Communication, Persuasion and Presentation Skills
- Outstanding result oriented.
- Good command in MS. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- V.Good English Skills.
