Job Description
1. Client Consultation: conducting consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences for buying, selling, or renting properties.
2. Property Market Research: Conducting research on local property markets to gather information on available properties, market trends, and comparable sales data.
3. Property Listings and Promotion: Creating property listings and marketing materials to promote properties for sale or rent, including professional photographs, detailed descriptions, and virtual tours.
4. Property Showings: conducting property viewings and showings for potential buyers or tenants, highlighting the key features and benefits of the property.
5. Negotiation: representing clients in negotiating offers, counteroffers, and contract terms with buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants.
6. Documentation and Transactions: Assisting clients with the necessary paperwork, such as purchase agreements, lease agreements, and disclosures, and facilitating smooth and timely transactions.
7. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing ongoing support and guidance even after the transaction is completed.
8. Market Knowledge Updates: Continually staying updated on local real estate market trends, changes in regulations, and industry developments to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
9. Networking and Lead Generation: Actively networking with other real estate professionals, attending industry events, and utilizing online tools to generate leads and expand the client base.
10. Professional Development: Participating in training programs, seminars, and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in real estate sales.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a senior property consultant, especially “Elsheikh Zayed,".
- Familiarity with CRM programs.
- Ability to gather and interpret data.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Communication skills.
- Owning a car is a must.
