Job Description

The ECommerce Content Specialist is responsible for the product creation and display on the website in order to drive traffic.

  • Set standards, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
  • Setting up new products on the site including writing product descriptions.
  • provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
  • Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid social media.
  • Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories.
  • Identify SEO best practices regarding inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies.
  • Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets stay organized.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Editing uploading imagery and completing product attribution.
  • Manage workflow using itemized lists for setting up a variety of products across different vendors and categories.
  • Responsible for the creation and targeting of daily emails sales promotions and all email flows Accessing different vendors assets from different locations using internal systems.
  • Implement and maintain style guides in order to write original web content that is consistent with the brand and edits.
  • Loads imagery that showcases the product in the optimal state.
  • Collaborate across the team to ensure products are available for sale online by the time of product.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Fluent English and Arabic
  • Excellent Knowledge Search Engine Optimization SEO.
  • Monitoring search algorithms set by search engines to keep up with changes in the SEO landscape.
  • Excellent PC skills including strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Products.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be accurate and detail-oriented.
  • Must be dependable logical consistent and be able to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to identify errors and omissions and formulate a correction prevention plan
