Job Description

  • Generate business and new opportunity for the company.
  • Create and develop programs for national sales and ensure its implementation. This can be done by developing action plans for field sales and effective sales strategy and ensure its timely implementation.
  • Ensure the successful achievement of the company’s sales goals across all its regions.
  • Ensure sales volume is at its maximum, maintaining product mix, and selling price.
  • Oversee company’s sales performance at regional levels.
  • Keep current with demand and supply of company’s products/services, economic indicators, changing trends and its competitors
  • Monitor cost in relation to prevailing competition, and if necessary adjust the price of selling
  • Analyzing and exploring market trends specific to the company’s production line can help the company implement measures that lead to growth.
  • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Participate in marketing strategy building by providing useful information from sales activities.
  • Represent the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

Job Requirements

  • Pharmaceutical, Science or Veterinary Education Background 
  • 15+ years’ experience in sales field
  • 4+ years’ experience in leadership sales position
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of marketing
  • MBA is preferred
  • Good Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
  • Good in English and Computer skills
  • Excellent Customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent Presentation skills 
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills 
  • Analytical and planning skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and clear thinking
  • Business Development and strategy implementation
  • Strong Leadership and decision-making skills
