- Email Marketing & Social Media Marketing Manager

- Centra Cleaning is a fast-growing residential and commercial cleaning and valet trash service company serving South Florida. We use automation, data, and modern marketing systems to generate leads, book jobs, and scale quickly. We’re looking for a marketing operator who can manage and execute email marketing and social media campaigns end-to-end.
- Responsibilities
- Email Marketing
- Build and manage email campaigns, broadcasts, and automations
- Create email sequences for:
- Realtors
- Property managers
- Airbnb/Vacation Rentals
- Homeowners
- Commercial prospects
- Write subject lines, email copy, CTAs, and follow-ups
- Set up automation workflows (welcome, follow-ups, abandoned quote, reactivation)
- Segment lists and maintain email hygiene
- Monitor open rates, CTR, replies, and conversions
- Social Media Marketing
- Create and schedule posts for:
- Google Business Profile
- Repurpose blog content into social posts
- Create captions, hashtags, and CTAs
- Basic graphic creation using Canva
- Engage with comments and messages
- Track engagement and growth
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages
- Strategy & Optimization
- Test subject lines, messaging, and posting times
- Suggest campaign ideas based on performance
- Maintain a monthly content calendar
- Provide simple weekly performance reports
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in email marketing and social media management.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with email marketing platforms (Brevo)
- Experience managing business social media pages
- Strong English writing skills
- Ability to follow SOPs and templates
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/Docs
Nice to Have
- Experience with Make.com, Zapier, or automations
- Local service business marketing experience
- CRM or booking software familiarity
