- Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, provide directions and alert employees/ doctors for meetings and visits.
- Answer all the client's inquiries and address their complaints.
- Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed.
- Offering friendly service and process patient intake and ensure required documentation is completed.
- Following up on patients' appointments and scheduling and maintain organized and accurate patient records and files.

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Minimum one year experience in the same field (preferably clinics).
- Proficient in using office software and equipment, including scheduling systems.
- Must be a college graduate
