Job Description
● Define and communicate product vision and strategy, aligning with company objectives and market trends. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and sales, to create and prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs. ● Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications. ● Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of product releases. ● Evaluate and analyze product performance, including user feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis, to continuously improve and optimize product offerings. ● Coordinate with stakeholders to manage product-related communication, training, and documentation. ● Act as the primary liaison between the development team and business stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the product life cycle.
Job Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. ● 4+ years of experience in product management in a software development environment. ● Proven track record of successfully managing and launching software products. ● Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master. ● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and market conditions. ● Experience with product management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana. ● Familiarity with software development processes, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
