Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze branch-level KPIs and performance
• Handle branch operational challenges and troubleshooting
• Assign and follow up on daily operational tasks
• Coordinate with branches, Area Managers & Central Operations
• Prepare performance reports and identify improvement areas
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency
Job Requirements
-2–4 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Last-Mile/Express Delivery or Network Management
-Experience in branch operations, courier supervision & KPI tracking
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
