Job Description

  • To plan, organize, and manage staff and overall operations to ensure the stable operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas; particularly network infrastructure, server infrastructure, data communications, and telecommunications systems. Oversee the entire Help Desk and Technical Support staff and ensure that end users are receiving the appropriate assistance. The Infrastructure Manager will also schedule and direct activities to resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in the field of computer science and/or 6-9 years equivalent work experience.
  • 4 years’ experience managing and delivering infrastructure design and operational excellence, managing and delivering IT Projects, IT Quality Management Systems, and IT Assets lifecycle management.
  • Certifications in [CCNA-CCNP-ITIL-PMP preferred-CEH].
  • Exceptional knowledge of service and application delivery, as well as successful service level agreement accomplishments.
  • 4 years successful leadership of an infrastructure team.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware.
  • Knowledge of current protocols and standards, including ITIL, Service Desk tools, VMware, Microsoft Windows Servers, O365, Networking passive & active components, Business continuity techniques and tools, and Information Security, Backup Solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership and personnel/project management skills.
  • Experience in interpreting the applicability of local laws/regulations to company operations.
  • Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Able to conduct research into issues and products as required.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
  • Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
